How does this work and how will I know if I'm approved?
The application process is super quick. We'll just check your email address and LinkedIn, and approve you ASAP.
What are the costs associated with the membership?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
What is the refund / return policy?
The subscription fee is currently $19.99/month, with discounts for longer commitments.
How are you able to offer such discounted prices?
We're partnering with great brands who support our vision, and not taking profit on the sales, and passing along the savings. Some costs need to be covered, like website and credit card costs, but our goal is to have "employee" level discounts for the entire industry.
When can I start buying products after signing up?
In the shop! Super easy (we hope!)
How much does shipping cost?
Currently shipping is determined by the individual brands who are doing the actual shipping. Our best suggestion is to do some bulk purchases to take advantage the the free shipping level from each brand. But this is going to vary brand to brand.
We're not currently able to offer free shipping across the shore, but are working on options that will make this easier in the future.
